Thursday thoughts: You've made it through most of the week, and that's worth acknowledging. Sometimes we get so focused on reaching Friday that we forget to pause and recognize our progress.


**This Thursday, try this simple mindfulness moment:**

Take three deep breaths and ask yourself: "What's one thing I've handled well this week?" It doesn't have to be huge - maybe you had a difficult conversation, took care of yourself when you felt overwhelmed, or simply showed up when it was hard.


Progress isn't always linear, and healing isn't always visible. But every small step counts, every moment of self-compassion matters, and every day you choose to keep going is significant.


**Remember:** Therapy isn't just what happens in our sessions - it's also the small, daily choices you make to care for your mental health. You're doing better than you think you are.
