Midweek Musings

# Stoking Your Inner Fire 🔥

As the temperatures drop and we reach for blankets and warm drinks, we instinctively know to stoke the fire to keep ourselves warm. We add logs, we tend to the flames, we make sure the embers don't go out.

But when was the last time you tended to your own inner fire with the same care?

Just like a fireplace needs regular attention—more fuel, a gentle stir, the right conditions—so do we. We can't keep giving warmth to others if we've let our own flames dwindle to ash.

This week, ask yourself:

- What fuels my fire? (Rest, connection, creativity, movement?)

- What dampens it? (Overcommitment, neglecting boundaries, ignoring my needs?)

- When did I last add a log to my own fire?

You deserve the same tender care you give to everyone else. You deserve to burn bright, not burn out.

What's one way you'll stoke your inner fire this week?
